The mandate of PRIC is to prosecute the public relations and general communication activities of the institute

Among other things, the objectives of PRIC are to:

  • Identify all critical publics and to plan and execute the appropriate communication campaigns;
  • Communicate with each of the many different publics, paying attention to the unique needs of each;
  • Maintain and update information on the organisation’s website;
  • Analyse media coverage and fashion the best media relations in order to maximize output of press agentry;
  • Organise promotional events such as open days, exhibitions, tours and visits.
